Pricing FAQ
Do you charge for the initial diagnostic?
No. Every service call includes a free diagnostic. You pay only if you approve the fix.
Is there a minimum charge?
Remote and on-site work is billed in 30-minute increments after the first hour. The first hour is always billed in full so I can prioritize your job and absorb travel time.
Do you mark up parts?
No. Any parts (RAM, SSDs, cables, batteries, mesh hardware) are billed at my cost with the receipt attached to your invoice. You can also buy the parts yourself and I'll install them.
What payment methods do you take?
Cash, check, all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover), Venmo, and Net-15 invoicing for business clients. Payment is due at job completion unless otherwise arranged.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. 30-day satisfaction guarantee on every repair — if the same issue returns and it wasn't caused by user error or a new problem, I fix it free.
What if my job is bigger than the calculator estimates?
You'll never be surprised. If a job goes longer than expected, I'll stop, explain why, and get your approval before continuing. No work happens without your sign-off.
