What needs an on-site visit instead
Hardware failures, Wi-Fi mesh installs, drives making clicking noises, screen replacements, and anything where someone needs to physically be near the machine. If you start remote and we discover it's a hardware problem, I'll switch to on-site at the standard rate — no double billing.
