• A security baseline — strong passwords and MFA, a firewall configured properly, endpoint protection, and patching so you're not the easy target. Want a real check? A small business vulnerability assessment starts at $450 and hands you a prioritized, plain-English fix list — not a 40-page PDF you'll never open.
• Day-to-day support — the printer that won't print, the laptop that won't boot, the "I think I clicked something I shouldn't have" call. On-site when it needs hands, remote when it doesn't.
• New computer and device setup — workstations, laptops, and printers configured, your software installed, your data moved over, ready to use on day one.
• Honest advice — when to upgrade, when to repair, what to buy, what you can safely ignore. I don't pad invoices with gear you don't need.

How it works

Call or text and tell me what's going on. A lot of issues I can fix remotely the same day at $65/hr. When it needs hands on-site — a new network, a dead machine, an office move — I come to you at $95/hr. And if you'd rather not think about IT at all, the $149/mo maintenance plan covers proactive monitoring, updates, and priority support, so the small stuff gets caught before it turns into a morning with everyone standing around. No contracts you can't walk away from.

FAQs

Do you work with businesses my size? Almost certainly — most of my clients run from one to about twenty people: solo practices, small offices, trades, nonprofits. Bigger than that? Reach out anyway and I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right fit.

What's the difference between hourly and the maintenance plan? Hourly is pay-as-you-go — good if you only need me now and then. The $149/mo plan is for businesses that want IT handled in the background: monitoring, updates, and priority response so you're not stuck waiting when something breaks. Plenty of clients start hourly and switch once it pencils out.

Can you handle our Microsoft 365 and email setup? Yes — M365 and Google Workspace setups, migrations from old email, domain and DNS, plus the security pieces (MFA, spam filtering) most setups skip. If your email's a mess, that's often the first job I do.

How fast can you respond? Remote issues are often same-day. On-site visits I usually schedule within a day or two, depending on the week. Maintenance-plan clients get priority. If it's urgent, say so when you call.
