How long does this take?
On-site review is typically 2–3 hours. Written report delivered within 5 business days.
Will you fix the issues you find?
Optional. The audit fee is fixed regardless. If you want me to remediate, that's billed at standard rates or rolled into a managed plan.
Is this enough for cyber insurance?
It satisfies the documentation requirements most small-business carriers ask for. If your carrier wants a SOC 2 or formal pen test, I'll refer you to a partner — I won't sell you something I can't deliver.
Do you require any access?
Read-only access to your M365 tenant (a guest Global Reader role) plus permission to walk through your office. No agents are installed during the audit phase.
