Common questions
How long will email be offline during the switch?
Usually 15–30 minutes of perceived downtime. I run the cutover at the end of the day so you wake up to the new mailbox already populated.
Will I lose anything?
No. I keep both the source and destination intact for at least 30 days post-migration, so anything missed can be recovered.
Do you handle QuickBooks / Sage / industry software?
Yes — license transfer, data-file move, multi-user setup. If your software needs a specialty consultant, I'll coordinate with them.
Do you destroy the old data?
Optional but recommended. I do certified disk wipes on retired machines and provide a written certificate for your records.
