Plan time is on top of free monitoring/patching. Extra hours bill at a 20% discount to standard rates.
Can you support our existing IT vendor?
Yes — many clients use me alongside a specialized vendor (industry software, telecom). I focus on day-to-day Windows/Mac/network so they can focus on their domain.
Do you offer cybersecurity insurance compliance?
Yes. I help you check the boxes most carriers require: MFA, EDR, backups, patching evidence, written policies.
